Brief Description of the General Function of the Position

  • Directs the   implementation of the annual budget cycle as scheduled by the regulatory bodies;
  • Plans and monitor proper allocation/distribution of funds;
  • Ensures compliance with budgeting standards in the preparations and submission of budget reports;
  • Prepares Annual Budget Proposal, Annual Cash Program and all other required reports for submission to DBM for later release and issuance of NCA;
  • Prepares budget estimates and attend budget hearings/workshops.
  • Prepares and monitors allotment and obligations and balances of financial claims of the employees and external creditors per funding source requirement;
  • Prepares reports on CSC Welfare Fund implementation and program administration;
  • Computes and processes claims for salaries, salary adjustments, loans, medical reimbursements/ entitlements of employees;
  • Monitors and reviews office reports to ensure compliance with existing policies, processes and systems of benefits, compensation, rewards & incentives, health and wellness mechanism of the organization;
  • Prepares replies to queries on benefits, compensation and welfare management;
  • Prepares periodic regular reports, schedules and all other reports of all funds as required by the regulatory agencies and the Commission;

Brief Description of the General Function of the Position

  • Responsible for the development and design of information, education and campaign materials (IEC) of the CSC for publication; implementation of communication and marketing plans of CSC programs and projects.
  • Assist in the conduct of Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) Report Card Survey, ARTA Watch, Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB) and Aksyon Agad Para sa Taumbayan and comply with the required reports;
  • Establish linkages and networking with LGUs, NGAs and NGOs for successful implementation of program and projects
