Brief Description of the General Function of the Position

 

  • Conducts interview to ARTA Report Card Survey (RCS) respondents to target agencies
  • Generates RCS data using the latest approved software and templates
  • Assists the Regional ARTA Coordinator in maintaining its activities and performance monitoring database
  • Manages ARTA-RCS files and documents
  • Assists in organizing trainings, meetings, ceremonies and the like relative to ARTA programs
  • Conducts 2nd RCS after the conduct of the Service Delivery Excellence Program
  • Validates Citizen’s Charter of government agencies

Brief Description of the General Function of the Position

  • Under general supervision, responsible in designing solutions for productivity improvement and efficiency of services rendered to clients, assisting in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of Information System to improve the current processes and operations of the office through the use of Information Technology.
  • Assists the IT Head in developing software to automate and/or improve office operations, providing technical support services as needed and providing ICT equipment maintenance services;
  • In-Charge of IT-related examination concerns;
  • Evaluates and verifies grant of Special Eligibilities, requests for authentication and certification;
  • Participates in the implementation of the work program/project/activities of the Division;
  • Prepares periodic regular reports and other special reports as required by the Regional Office and the Commission;
