Brief Description of the General Function of the Position

  • Plans, organizes, coordinates, oversees, administers, monitors and evaluates the work, activities, programs and projects of the Division. Supervises the work of the lower level staff, reviews and prepares reports and performs other activities/tasks duly assigned.
  • Administers the conduct of Career Service Examination process, grants eligibilities under special laws and prepares programs for office operations particularly for Examination Services Division and assists in the repair and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) equipment upon request as well as administrative support services like records management.
