Brief Description of the General Function of the Position

 

  • Under general supervision, responsible in coordinating meetings and visits of the Regional Director and organize office work schedules.
  • Responsible in reviewing documents submitted to the Regional Director to ensure that the documents submitted for action conforms with the Civil Service Law and rules;
  • Replies to queries in the form of letters by evaluating issues and concerns for clarification and for uniform interpretation of CSC laws and rules;
  • Maintains and updates records and prepares periodic regular reports and other special reports as required by the Regional Office and the Commission; and
  • Assists in the conduct of Inventory of record holdings, physical count of Property, Plant and Equipment and submits corresponding report to the Management Services Division.
  • Drafts and prepare speeches, scripts, presentations and talking points for presentation discussion purposes;

Brief Description of the General Function of the Position

 

  • Plans, organizes, coordinates, oversees, administers, monitors and evaluates the work, activities, programs and projects of the Division. Supervises the work of the lower level staff, reviews and prepares reports and performs other activities/tasks duly assigned.
  • Administers the conduct of Career Service Examination process, grants eligibilities under special laws and prepares programs for office operations particularly for Examination Services Division and assists in the repair and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) equipment upon request as well as administrative support services like records management.

Brief Description of the General Function of the Position

  • Under general supervision, responsible in performing administrative and technical tasks to carry out the field office operations, e.g. processing of appointments and civil service examination applications, conducting PRIME-HRM assistance to agencies and monitoring of compliance on HR policies, systems and standards;
  • Responsible in facilitating and evaluating Learning and Development (L&D) programs/interventions for external clients.
  • Replies to queries in the form of letters by evaluating issues and concerns for clarification and for uniform interpretation CS laws and rules;
  • Acts as PACD Officer of the Day and ensures customer needs are met;
