First Time Jobseekers Assistance Act or R.A. No. 11261

First Time Jobseekers Assistance Act

In compliance with Republic Act No. 11261 or the First Time Jobseekers Assistance Act, one (1) Certification of Eligibility (CoE) and one (1) authenticated copy shall be provided by the CSC for free to first-time jobseekers requesting copy thereof.

Additional copies shall be subject to existing fees of Php100 per CoE and Php50 per authenticated copy of CoE.

Any applicant claiming to be first time jobseeker must secure and present an Oath of Undertaking and Barangay Certification stating that he/she is a first time jobseeker. In addition, the applicant must be:

1. A Filipino citizen;

2. Actively looking for employment; and

3. Resident of the barangay issuing the barangay certification for at least six (6) months.

Government officials and employees, and their family members who are at least 18 years old at the time of registration are invited to join the 2022 Online Zumba and Film Showing in celebration of the 122nd Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) this September 2022, with the 10-year overarching theme, Transforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honing Agile and Future-Ready Servant-Heroes.
It is a fundraising activity nationwide wherein proceeds will go to the Pamanang Lingkod Bayani (PLBi), a program that honors government workers who died in the line of duty through the provision of one-time financial assistance and scholarship opportunities to their family members.

Participants are required to register in the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) Channel using the link https://fdcpchannel.ph. The registration fee is only PHP250 per participant and upon confirmation of registration, payment, and uploading of the official receipt, each participant will receive a voucher to access the selected films from the FDCP website from 1 to 12 September 2022.
Participants will receive a voucher code through email from the Field Office where they registered. The voucher with code will be the access to view the three (3) films starting from 10 a.m. of 1 September 2022 to midnight of 12 September 2022 and the Online Zumba on 1 September 2022, 8 a.m. at the FDCP Channel.
