  • Recommends policy review/enhancement on the basis of the results of Regional researches;
  • Conducts all inspection and audit activities including agency accreditation;
  • Reviews, approves, monitors and evaluates career systems;
  • In-charge of the CSC Personnel Information Database (CSCPID) at the regional level
